Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective 2 November 2026. Software Scientist is a brand of Skyway Global Services (Udyam-registered MSME), #16,17-26, MGR Street, Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh 517001, India. This website, our courses and all payments are run by Skyway Global Services.

₹99 Startup Masterclass: 30-day full refund

Price: ₹99 + 18% GST = ₹116.82 in total.

If you are not happy for any reason, message us within 30 days of your payment and we will refund the full amount you paid (₹99 + 18% GST = ₹116.82). No questions asked, whether or not you attended.

How to ask: email rahul@softwarescientist.in or WhatsApp +91 89772 08948 with your name and payment ID.

How you get it: the money goes back to the same card, UPI or account you paid from, usually within 5 to 7 working days after we approve it (your bank may take a little longer).

If we cancel or move the Masterclass and the new date doesn't suit you, you get a full refund too.

Other courses and services

Refund terms for other courses and services are told to you in writing before you pay, in line with the refund policy of Skyway Global Services. If anything is unclear, ask us before paying.

Cancellation

You can cancel a course booking by messaging us. For the ₹99 Masterclass, cancellation within 30 days of payment = full refund, as above.

Payments

Payments are collected by Skyway Global Services through Razorpay. Your bank statement may show "Skyway Global Services" or "Skyway".
